The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s or PhD in Mechanical Engineering and possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in relevant fields. Responsibilities: - Design and develop cutting-edge mechanical systems for energy storage solutions and fuel cells. - Perform detailed fluid dynamics and thermal management analyses to optimize system performance. - Ensure materials compatibility for diverse electrochemical environments. - Utilize CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD for precise mechanical designs. - Prototype and fabricate components using machining tools and processes. - Conduct rigorous testing and validation of prototypes to meet industry standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with electrical and chemical systems. - Stay updated with industry advancements and incorporate innovative solutions into product designs. Qualifications: - Master’s or PhD in Mechanical Engineering. - At least 3 years of experience in mechanical design and development, preferably in the fields of storage systems, fuel cells, or electrochemical systems. - Proficiency in CAD software for mechanical design (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD). - Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, thermal management systems, and materials compatibility. - Hands-on skills in prototyping, machining, and testing. - Familiarity with finite element analysis (FEA) tools is highly desirable. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
